Our Project Management Office defines and maintains the standards within Waldon.

Our experienced Project Management Office (PMO) defines and maintains the standards within Waldon, maintaining the project documentation centrally as a single source of reference, guidance and metrics of execution. The PMO also own and develop the tools and systems through which we report, monitoring progress on active projects and portfolios through the project lifecycle event, highlighting issues and risks and reporting progress to Senior Management for key strategic decisions to be made.

Within Waldon, the PMO is aligned to and fundamental to the success of our business. Maintaining a clear set of policies and controls, our projects are governed professionally and to the highest quality standards, covering all critical elements that impact the overall deliverable on a Client portfolio.

Our aim is to ensure that all Projects and Programs follow an appropriately gated lifecycle with supporting governance for effective decision-making, thus providing continuous improvement to delivery with a clear view of all costs and resources required to meet the demands of our Client whilst mitigating the risks to the business.

The PMO in Waldon are empowered to operate across multiple functions and departments, ensuring we manage our portfolio of Clients in a manner that has been defined and aligned specifically to that of our Clients, with clear policies, processes and procedures. The fundamental aim is to standardise our methodology, introducing efficiencies and economies of scale to guarantee the successful execution of our projects within given timelines and budgets, and within our Clients stated quality metrics.
