The UK has signed up to the EU Renewable Energy Directive which includes a UK target of producing 15% of its energy from renewable sources by 2020. 

   Solar Farms 

Waldon is currently working with an established renewable energy company that operates worldwide planning, financing and operating plants and systems that use regenerative energies including wind, solar and bio energy. Waldon, with its strong national presence, is perfectly positioned to investigate and acquire land for this purpose.

Due to the recently announced Feed In Tariffs, Solar Energy is looking particularly attractive to land owners.  Please contact tom.clary@waldon.co.uk should you have 10-20 hectares of land available to rent.

   Solar PV as an Investment

Waldon are also able to offer Solar PV solutions to purchase and install on your roof. We work with:

A pitched or flat roof and land are suitable to install PV on. We install systems from 20 sq.m or larger.  Ideally your roof needs to be south facing but a south east to south west orientation of the roof is also suitable.  There should be no significant shading of the proposed site.
